The Mission

“I will send you the Helper from the Father. The Helper is the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father. When he comes, he will tell about me. And you will tell people about me too, because you have been with me from the beginning.” John 15:26-27

God has a plan for the redemption of the people of Japan. It was formed long before Japan became a nation. He will be faithful to bring it to completion and has given us the privilege of being able to work alongside Him. 

“For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. ” John 3:17

For those of us who believe in the power of Christ's death and resurrection, we know salvation is a miraculous work of repentance and transformation which can only be accomplished through the power of the Holy Spirit. We must be confident in knowing we are filled with the Spirit's grace and power as we walk in faith toward the lost. 

As of today, there are over 120 Million Japanese people who have never been told the good news of Jesus Christ. How many of these souls long to know they are seen and known by a love that has overcome sin and death so that they can become whole? 

 Jesus has commanded us concerning this need, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
